Yes, Casey Anthony will hear the words, “Not Guilty” at the end of her trial. This is a 100% certainty.
No, I do not believe she will be found Not Guilty of all of the charges against her. Rather she will be found Not Guilty of at least one charge. One charge against Miss Anthony is Aggravated Child Abuse. This charge states that Casey handed her child off to a person who was not a responsible caregiver, that person being the famous Zenida Fernandez-Gonzales. Who even a former member of her defense team admits does not exist. Let’s assume for a moment she does exist. We don’t know that her present defense strategy will deny her existence.
One of the charges of “Lying to Police” specifies she lied about ZFG and that this person, Zanny the Nanny” did not exist.
Obviously both charges cannot be true. My observation is that Casey will be found Not Guilty of the Child Abuse Charge and Guilty on all the lying to Law Enforcement Charges.
